The units were bright and the staff were very courteous and pleasant people who worked at the reception desk. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub. The hotel's location was amazing and good to "First" summit.

Location: the hotel was right by the restaurants and business area or the station about 1.5km away, the shops or restaurants of the Dorfstrasse/Terrassenweg and the Jungfrau and Eiger with nice lounge chairs and even a beer on the house with snacks. We had a good stay that met my needs, would stay again and again...

The place was clean with a nice design and consistently courteous and exceptionally nice staff. the service was absolutely excellent! - the food was excellent. - the location was incredible. - There were a market and a local store around the hotel. Rewritten: The hotel was spotless, had a lovely design, and the staff were always friendly and exceptionally nice. the service was top-notch! the food served was fantastic and the hotel's location was simply breathtaking. Convenience was key with a market and local store nearby.

The location here is amazing, right in the heart of the main street, and our room, although small, had a fantastic view.

The rooms here were really nice and up-to-date, plus they had windows facing the mountains 🏔️. I also liked the cozy and charming decor they had going on. And can't forget to mention, the staff were all super friendly and really went out of their way to help out.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the snow-capped mountains, and it was a sight to behold. the staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Convenient Location and Discount Cards: the hotel was conveniently located near bus stations, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We were able to get discount cards for tickets to visit popular ski sites, which was a great bonus.

Limited Dinner Options: Unfortunately, the hotel's restaurant was not up to par. We would have preferred to eat elsewhere, but there were no other options available.

The view from Hotel Gletscherblick was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the mountains, valleys, and glacier. The vintage furniture in the bedroom added a charming touch to the already beautiful Swiss architecture. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of healthy options. The hotel's location near the cable car to Mt First made it convenient for exploring the scenic surroundings. The manager, Michael, even arranged transport from the train station, which was a great help. I highly recommend this hotel for its fabulous views, great service, and delicious breakfast.
